Kristen Brochu-De Luca

About

Dr. Kristen Brochu-De Luca completed her Bachelor of Science in Agricultural & Environmental Sciences at McGill University in 2008, her Master of Science in Ecology & Evolutionary Biology at the University of Toronto in 2011, and her PhD in Entomology at Cornell University in 2018. She started at the University of the Bahamas in the Fall of 2023. Her research focuses on factors affecting the behaviour and health of insects in natural and agro-ecosystems, especially community-level interactions between insects, plants, and microbes. She is also interested in biodiversity and conservation of insects, as well as science education and communication.
